It is rich with a generous amount of garlic, onions, and aromatic rosemary. Brightened with citrus, zippy orange wine, and bolstered by peppery dijon mustard sauce

BRAISED SHORT RIBS

Beef short ribs braised in a peppered mushroom cream sauce

SALMON

Thyme and honey mustard glazed salmon

BLACKENED SALMON

Topped with a fresh cilantro lemon butter sauce

SWEET CHILLI LIME HERB SALMON

Aromatic seasonings thrown into a sticky sweet chilli honey with a sweet honey-lime sauce

12-hour beef brisket, dry spice rub
1/2 pound pulled pork Boston butt
Baby back rubs
Smoked chicken legs thighs wings or half chickens

Served with two sides

Potato salad, Baked beans, Salad with dressing, Veggie medley, Sweet corn, Green beans Cornbread or roll,

The order comes with pickles, red onions, and jalapenos
